Arvind Kejriwal is an important politician from India. He's been the Chief Minister of Delhi since 2015, before that, he had a short stint in 2013-2014. He's also the head of a political party called the Aam Aadmi Party since 2012. People from a part of Delhi always choose him to represent them in the government.

In 2006, he got a special prize for fighting government corruption. He started a group to make sure the government works fairly. Before his political career, he worked for the government in tax-related roles. He studied math and machines in college.
In 2012, he started the Aam Aadmi Party. Then, in 2013, he became the Chief Minister of Delhi but left after a short time due to lack of support. But in 2015, his party won big, and he got the Chief Minister job again. Even in 2020, his party won, and he kept his job. In another state called Punjab, his party also won in 2022.But in 2024, he faced trouble. Some accused him of wrongdoing related to alcohol. He was even arrested, a first for a sitting Chief Minister in India. They said he ignored their calls to discuss the matter. But later, a court allowed him to leave jail temporarily for his political duties.
In his early life, he grew up in a regular family and went to different schools. He studied hard and did well on a big test to get into a famous college. After college, he worked for a big company before joining the government. He even spent time with famous figures like Mother Teresa before entering politics. He worked in the government for some time before starting his own party.
